A pleasant hotel. It is located very close to the King of Prussia Mall. If we had been there during the week, I am sure that the shopping would have made up for our savings from using hotels.com! We will stay there again.

We came in late one evening and stayed until the next morning. But we stayed long enough to be impressed with our room and the staff. My daughter felt quite elegant. Most of all, we got a great rate on our room through hotels.com thank you!

I enjoyed the stay, the hotel and room were very nice. Neighboring rooms were a bit noisy, possibly because of an adjoining room/door. I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza before and was not surprised by the quality. The hotel is always very clean with friendly staff. My room was confortable and quiet. If you like shopping the mall is right across the street.

This hotel is a distance from the airport and downtown ... but...is adjacent to a large mall. From the hotel, you can book tours etc. and do all the historical sightseeing. Close to Valley Forge. The hotel restaurant is excellent and should be considered.

the hotel was close to everything we wanted to be near. Just a short drive outside of Philadelphia. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fabulous. The service was good. Nothing could be faulted.

i was not happy with our stay for several reasons...first off the pool was not at the hotel it is at the gym with is thru another hotel...then we asked about a shuttle bus and was told there wasnt one but while watching the visitors channel in the room there apparently was one...lastly the buffet was not set up for breakfast we had to order off the […] menu...oh and the room only comes with two vouchers for breakfast.....very misleading Pročitajte više

We were miss lead about the in door POOL, it was not on site, had to go outside and then there was so much chorine in the water we would not go in the pool. The pictures on the WEB site thru Hotel .Com did not give us the real deal. When I want a pool I want it on site. Thanks

Hotel was fine but dissatisfied with the restaurant. Received breakfast bill, gave credit card, and signature paper was $10 more than bill. Server said she didn't know why. She redid bill but used the same tip that was on the original bill--she should have left it blank for me to put my own tip on it and NOT assume I would give the same amount. This hotel was absolutely the best. It's a smoke free hotel. With no smoking in the building at all. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. It was very good. I went for thanksgiving shopping, and it was right across from macy's (3 minute walk). The showers were actually nice and pretty modern looking room. For the price, I was satisfied.

COMPLETELY horrible. Overpriced for no reason at all. Have to be a "member" to receive things like breakfast that would otherwise be free at other hotels. It was lke like pulling teeth for basic amenities.
