Our stay was interesting. The dates might have had something to do with as it was over New Years Eve. There were 2 New Year's Eve parties, 1 Sweet 16 party and a Wedding Dance all the same night. The guests next to us proceeded to party all night long and I mean ALL night long. At 2:30 a.m. we called down to the front office. They were talked to I […] believe but it did not stop them. At 8 a.m. they were still VERY loud and hitting the walls and yelling profanities. We did talk to the main desk about the situation but they said that they were not able to compensate our room because we booked it on-line. My husband and I and our teenage boys did NOT sleep at all. How could we, we had drunk and obnoxious guests having a whoopla next door. The hotel were aware of it and we did not get angry or upset with them. It wasn't their fault. "Billings MT"
Do not be fooled by the pictures. No elevators. Doors not locked renovation work all over which made it hard to access room or pool. Not with the money you pay.
"Nothing special for the price paid"
For the extra price to stay here there wasn't much difference from a cheaper hotel. Had to stand at the front desk and listen to the clerk spead to housekeeping on which rooms on which floors were available.

Don't stay here. My 12 year old now knows what a strip club is because the room overlooked it. The location is terrible and for some reason that hasn't been written in previous reviews. The carpets were so dirty that shoes had to be worn at all times. We did not get the room we reserved, and the room we got was in the wing that was under constuction, (dusty, dirty and half the halway doors sealed off with plastic. Our tv and all electrical appliances were unplugged and obviously moved. The person who checked us in was rude and did not answer our questions. Lots of great parking at this location, including room for RVs and boats. The main building is nice, and staff is very friendly, but this reservation will put you in the old section adjacent to Holiday Inn building. The area has an unpleasant smell, the halls are gloomy, and we had to use the stairs. The ac was not working, but they did move us into another room. The check in process was easy and fast. We stayed in room 2008. The view was of 2 HUGH Trane airconditioners that we listened to ALL night long. The other window was blocked by part of the building. "Terrible Rooms at the Holiday Inn BIllings MT"
Never stay there in the rooms that are extension rooms of the hotel. Lobby and all rooms in the Lobby area are great but the rooms in other parts of the hotel are horrible, disgusting, dirty, unacceptable.

"OK - but I wouldn't stay again"
The hotel was decent: clean, comfortable bed and good sized room. The staff were very nice but check in seemed undermanned and too busy to be helpful. The walls were really thin and the noise level in the rooms was disturbing and lacked privacy. We were staying there due to a hospital visit and really needed a restful stay but there were so many children […] running and screaming in the hallways at most daytime hours - it was hard to get any peace. It appears to have been another hotel and converted to a Holiday Inn. I was a little dissapointed because most Holiday Inns are in better shape, but it's an ok hotel and my stay was pleasant.

well the room we got seemed like the heat didn't work and we called room service they said the heat was working to the maximum but room was very cold! My kids went swimming and was worried they would get sick. The maintenance man said they could bring us a heater but later showed up with only 2 blankets and said that was all they could do......

If you stay in the back there are two floors but NO elevator so you have to carry everything up the stairs.

The hotel looks great on the website. In reality not quite as good on the inside. Overall it was OK, but not great. The mattresses were awful. The hot tub had nasty floaty things in it. Other than that it was OK.

If I would of known that I would of had to pay $25 for my little dog to stay with us, I wouldn't of stayed. All other hotels charge $10. I'm glad I didn't bring my other 2 dogs!!!!
