Had a great stay here last weekend. If you want to go to the St. Paddy's Day Parade, this is definitely the place to be! My only issue was with a food order I placed to-go at the bar. Got the food (4 items), then went back to my room to order it and found that the cheeseburger I ordered had neither cheese nor meat. Made a call to front desk and they […] apologized and offered to fix it. Said they would send the correct order to the room, comp it off of the bill, and give us 2 vouchers for the breakfast buffet in the restaurant in the morning. They did fix the order and bring it to the room, but they did not subtract that amount from my bill. Also, my credit card is showing a pending transaction for around $30 more than what the cost of the room, plus taxes/fees and parking should be. The same thing happened for my food order, and it was corrected before it actually posted. Hopefully they will correct my hotel bill amount also.
