It was very noisy!!!!!!! There was a wedding on the first night and a birthday party on the second night. Cars parked right outside the window with the stereo playing very loudly, kids running up and down the hallways screaming! Notified the staff who assured us that Security would take care of the issues, but, nothing was corrected

We have stayed there before but this was the worst experience we have had. We had to change rooms because the heater wasn't working and then the room we moved to had a broken thermostat on the heater and we couldn't get it to cool down. Hot tub was not hot. Trash in hallways on second floor. No heat in the pool area. Had to put on coats and hats to stay and watch kids swim. Pool was warm. Room was dirty and smelled bad. Breakfast was good. But again dirty tables.

The hotel wasn't fancy but it was inexpensive. My husband & daughter swam in the huge swimming pool. They said the water was nice & warm. The breakfast was basic but it got the job done. Overall it was comfortable & affordable. Would stay again if we're in need of a hotel in that area.

As for location, this hotel was fabulous. We were right off the I675 and were within 20 minutes from all of our shopping needs. When we arrived, the elevator right by the front door was out of order (we may have been ground floor but a little concerning to those who weren't), all of the vending machines were out of order. The hotel is older and for the price we weren't expecting much. The front desk staff was very friendly. However, when we got off the elevator on the 3rd floor, it was very cold. The hotel was very aged. The hot tub was not hot, and the sauna did not work. The pool was clean and warm. The continental breakfast was good. For $46.00 including tax it made it exceptable, because you get what you pay for.

Appeared to be in transition of owner or on way out of business. Poor quality rooms, no extra towels for use in pool, awful pillows, bathroom sinks not clean, no heat on 3rd floor, broken elevator...but cheap rates!

This was our second time at this hotel. For the value, it is really great. You would not compare it to top shelf hotels but this one has everything you need. Swimming pool, jucuzzi, coffe in the room, breakfast, clean room and bathroom ( no flat screen tv, just the old one). The hotel was a great price and we had a lot of help from the woman at the desk. She upgraded us to a king size bed which was a big help. The hot water went out couldn't take a shower. Cable went out. Beds were HORRIBLE. The breakfast bar was a joke. Wasn't very clean. Hot tub jets didn't work. After reading some reviews, I was a bit leary about booking here but it was the only hotel in the area that had vacancies on short notice. Some people will always find something to complain about so I decided that the complaints may have just been whining. Besides, there were a few people who said that it was a good value and that was what I was looking […] for - not a vacation hot spot, just a reasonable night's rest between shopping experiences. That is basically what we got. A decent value, the place was not the cleanest, but definately was well maintained given the price and current state of the economy. I mean, if it ain't broke, don't fix it or repair it. The first night was in a room with an updated air conditioner. My wife complained about cigarette smoke in the room (whole hotel is non-smoking) so they gave us another room for the next night with an old style A/C but it worked okay. The interior enclosed courtyard was was extremely hot but had working swimming pool, ping pong, foosball, pool table and some old video games. All the room air conditioners contributed to the heat in the courtyard but the hotel hallways were not quite as hot. The staff was pleasent and very accomodating. America's Best Value? Well I don't know about that but certainly excellent value in this day and age. Beds were clean and fairly comfortable (but I am spoiled with a pillowtop at home). TV had all the channels I needed. Quiet well behaved guests. The inclusive breakfast was adequate if not good. Oh, and the tubs that don't drain? That's not a problem, I just didn't know how it worked. There is a toggle plug activated by stepping on it. When I complained, the desk staff explained how it worked. It might help if they did that at check-in time for those of us who are not bathroom fixture-savvy. Our second room had a manual plug in the tub. This hotel was not well maintained. Replacement towels were not given when the room was cleaned. The hotel did not have a pleasant odor. Many or most of the amenities of the hotel did not work or were in such poor condition no one would want to use them.

Room was clean but no bedspread, heater was noisy and the icy machine on our floor didn't work. Their continental breakfast consist of frosted flakes, raisin bran, fruit, toast and 5 sausage links...apparently we missed the few FROZEN waffles that were available. Very disapointed in breakfast. Won't stay there again.
