Hyatt Place Dallas/Arlington - Arlington

My family of five enjoyed this hotels wonderful pool & breakfast so much we decided to stay an extra night! The hotel was super clean..the location was very ideal for going to the game, Six Flags, & Hurricane Harbor. We actually walked to Six Flags although the Trolley was also cool to take. This Hyatt had absolutely some of the best customer service of any hotel. The staff was very helpful and very friendly and accomodating. The room was quiet and comfortable and all was good.

We chose this hotel for a big concert at Cowboys stadium and chose it because of the location. We arrived at 3 and check-in was a mess! The lobby was full of people waiting for rooms because they weren't clean yet. Our room wasn't even ready yet. We waited in line for an hour in a packed lobby very stressed out because the concert started at 5. If there […] is a big event and rates are jacked up because of that, they should staff accordingly. Had a great stay. Staff was very nice. But.......hair in my shower, hair in the bed, sink wouldn't drain well & a/c didn't seem to work at its best.

Very nice staff, clean hotel, good breakfast and comfortable beds. We used the shuttle for Six Flags which was a nice option to have. Only down fall is no hot tub and ice machine was on 3rd floor (we were on the 4th)!!!

Very pleased at the layout of the room. We did not feel like we were crowded at all. Excellent location. Within walking distance of Six Flags, Cowboy Stadium, Rangers Stadium, and numerous restaurants. Staff very friendly. We would definanly recommend this locations to friends.

Overall stay was good.. My only complaint is that the bed was a little to firm but the staff was great and the location of the hotel was perfect!!

We stayed overnight to take the kids to six flags. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. There is a trolley that comes by every hour to take you to you destination. Very close to six flags We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Very nosy couldn't sleep at all and air conditioning wouldn't work trash from previous guest were still in the room like mouth retainers

This was a nice place but didn't have the things I thought they did. No bathtub (only shower) and no laundry facilities. We have small children and needed the two things very badly. Overall, the hotel is nice.

I was disappointed because there was no hot water in the bathtub. The sink had hot water.

My family and I decided to take a weekend trip to Arlington just to hang out and have fun, and we chose to stay at the Hyatt Place. It was a great hotel with an incredibly nice and friendly staff who always greeted us with a smile every time we came in or left the hotel. We had a great experience!

eveything was nice..friendly people..nice layout..only complaint was that neither sick drained well...but thats just a smaller issue..everything else was great..was hard to get to cause construction but thats not the hotel's fault

I attended a sports camp and stayed here for one night and I was astounded at the service, the luxury of the room, the breakfast-just every aspect of the hotel wowed me. I have stayed at 5 star resorts and didn't expect much from this hotel but when I got there... I couldn't believe it. It was one of my best stays at a hotel. Great experience.

This hotel is absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I have stayed at nearly ever hotel around the ballpark area in Arlington and none of them compare to the Hyatt. From the moment we walked into the hotel to the moment we left they made sure everything was the way we wanted it.

We loved it! We were met at the front door by Clint who checked us into our room and also gave us a tour of the hotel. When we got to our room it was being inspected by housekeeping to make sure it was perfect which it was! We were in town for my daughters birthday trip to six flags. When we got back to our hotel we were picked up at six flags by Brian […] who was fantastic! The food we had there also fantastic! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The staff was incredible! I sent my son, his fiance and grandchildren to stay the night and go to the Mildred Playoff Football Game at Cowboy Stadium. They enjoyed the entire experience including their hotel stay.

We stayed at the hotel so we could go to the Dallas Cowboys football game. It was a great location. Not far from the airport and within walking distance of the stadium. The staff was courteous and helpful. The light was out over the vanity and I informed the desk, within 20 min. someone was fixing it. Very prompt. We enjoyed the location as it was close to where we needed to be and easy to access the hwy.
