We had an excellent experience with the front desk, housekeeping,maintenance, and breakfast staff. Everyone was very helpfull, friendly and polite. We had a problem with the shower and they replaced the shower head. There was not a variety of items for the breakfast and the breakfast room was very busy. Reasonably good stay. Bathroom very small hard to turn around in. Shower/Tub, tub had porclian peices cracked, holes , chips and made it an uneasy feeling taking a shower thinking I would get a porclian splinter in my foot. Air-Condition TURNS OFF every five minutes and when you open the hallway door. Room stayed at 80 degrees while outside was one hundred. Over the hallway door is a air-condition sensor which I never seen before. . That is a lot to stay in a sauna. Manager NEVER called back when I left my phone number at the front desk. I got a good rate on the website but overheard others getting a much more expensive rate. It would not have been worth that. The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was not yet remodeled so the tub was old and broken. Great staff and hotel for over all stay.. However the rooms and hallways were stuffy and smelled musty or like smoke.. Eventhough our room and the floor we stayed on was supposed to be "non-smoking" the next day my whole family was coughing and stuffy from either the smoke, dust, or whatever that smell was. The beds were comfy and room was overall clean.. […] Maybe the carpets all need replacing? Either way it was a convienent location for out trip and we may consider staying here again. "Clean hotel, bad neighborhood, construction"
Unfortunately the Expedia website did not inform us of on-going construction in the hotel. The pool was not open (disappointing for a 7 year old) and there was construction debris on the front steps going into the hotel. The bathroom was ridiculously small. On the other hand - the free breakfast was good and consistent. The staff was pleasant, the room […] was clean, and the hotel was easy to access off the 405 and was within easy driving distance to the things we wanted to see. The neighborhood was NOT good - on one side is a Jaguar dealership and on the other side a nude dancing club! "Not so okay..."
The place is being work on, the pool is not open. We went there because of the picture of the pool looks nice. We asked if the pool is open and they laugh and said no and did not even say when it would be open. The breakfast is limited. Would not go back...Autentične Hotels.com recenzije gostiju
