Stayed overnight on a Friday for a trip to some LA shopping/dining. Was an event of some kind going on with loud music. We called the front desk and asked if it was possible to be moved farther from the event hall and the front desk obliged and moved us to a more peaceful room. "Nice, standard, clean."
The room was a standard layout and quality room. Bathroom was standard size, and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Air/temperature control was easy and worked well. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. About 15 minutes after checking in the front desk called to ask if everything was okay in our room and if we needed anything. That was a nice […] surprise. The one thing we missed was a small refrigerator. We would have appreciated one to keep some drinks and medications cold. It was inconvenient that the only option for breakfast was a buffet which cost an additional $13.95, so we had to drive somewhere to get a small breakfast. There is nothing within walking distance. Location is excellent (easy freeway access, large mall next door, and central to West side and LAX). Rooms were clean and comfortable with all amenities working. What was most surprising and excellent about this hotel was the staff. Everyone from the front desk, to the dining and cleaning staff, as well as the parking attendants were superb in accommodating […] all of our needs. Went to the wrong Marriott at first. Staff there were very unhelpful. Finally found the right Marriott (turns out it was a Courtyard property). If you want any kind of breakfast, pay extra for the room. Room had no microwave or fridge. Had to pay $12 per day to park in a nearly empty parking lot on the property. No morning newspaper. The room was clean, had a view and the pillows were nice. The people at the check in were not very professional and were a bit rushed. They did not say thank you, please but were just matter of fact. I don't stay in Marriotts very often but decided to try this time. Didn't have a good expereince - my TV's visual kept going off and I had to call for their site engineer or try to reboot/reset it myself. My bathroom not totally clean - had dirty cutips and former guest hair on the shower wall. "No free parking"
Very nice hotel but when I made reservations, they forgot to mention the parking fee that goes attached no matter what. The hotel is kind of hidden in a sense but close to the freeway. Our flight to LA was planned to arrive late night, so we've decided to use this hotel as "connecting hotel" before checking in Disney Hotel, which was our destination of the whole trip. "A Pleasant Stay!"

Everything was fine. if I was king: Bar would stay open later then 11 Work out room would have some weight machines. Parking policy would be clearer. I thought I had to pay $6 a night but last night because I got it stamped at front desk seemed to be free.Autentične Hotels.com recenzije gostiju
